Youran Gu is interested in the modelling and design surrounding human interaction with the urban environment, particularly graph-based and agent-based modelling across spatial and temporal scales, as well as data-driven optimal design. She has research experience in urban informatics, applied statistics, network analysis, spatial behaviour modelling and urban design.
